Andrea Willard Wolford

Since graduation in 1973, I have been married twice, divorced once, had quite a few different jobs. Earned my Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, worked in that field for about 4 years and went on to other things. Worked in computer support for many years, customer service and technical support for about 8 years, and just recently changed careers again.

I remember sitting with Brenda Kester after lunch and watching her draw. One of my biggest regrets is that we had no art program at our school. I still love to draw but have never taken any courses.

One of the best things about our school was the music program. Everybody played an instrument or sang. For a small school, we had the best choir.

My Sophmore year I joined tons of clubs. I was at school every evening till the late bus. Then, the next year, as a Junior, I quit everything. The idea was to raise my GPA....never did attain the success I hoped for.

People always saw me as shy or quiet....but I never saw myself that way. Never understood people who just talk and go on and on when there's nothing worthwhile to say. One thing I have learned through the years from being in customer service is the art of small talk. I'm still not as loud as some people, but I am more comfortable than when I was in high school.
